Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the intimate and adornment-led nature of many ORAKLE pieces, we do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind returns. All sales are final once the order is placed. 

Where a return is accepted, eligible items will be issued as ORAKLE store credit once received and approved. 

Exceptions

Refunds or exchanges are only offered for faulty or incorrect items.
